Definitely has the right amount of folate, iron, and zinc. After researching what causes dry and breaking hair midway, this product has the right amount of those vitamins including natural folate instead of synthetic folic acid.

A must have vitamin for women!!! It really is the best vitamin for hair and nails on the market! My hair loss stopped and growing stronger! You need to take it for 3 months for you will be able to see results, but that is true w any vitamin….

I keep my nails short because they always break. After three weeks, they seem stronger.

This is become my go to supplement that I take daily. I'm not sure what it is about it but after a couple weeks of using it, my husband tells me my skin looks clearer, and in general I feel a little more vibrant. I've been taking it off and on over the last couple of years, and I always feel better when I come back to it.

I've tried a few beauty vitamins before and this one has been my favorite. My skin looks brighter and I've gotten several compliments lately asking what I've been doing differently.

I used to break a nail every week. Since taking GLOW, they're growing faster and staying strong. My skin also seems smoother around my cheeks. Definitely one of the better beauty vitamins I've tried.

I bought this mostly for hair support, but the biggest difference I've noticed is in my skin texture. It feels smoother and looks healthier. Not life-changing, but definitely a noticeable improvement

The first few weeks I didn't notice much, but around week 5 my skin started looking more even and less tired. It's not a miracle product, but it gave me enough improvement to keep using it.

What attracted me was the ingredient profile. I've noticed stronger nails and slightly less hair shedding in the shower. I wish the capsules were a little smaller, but otherwise I'm pleased with the product.

This has a high amount of biotin, so I do think my hair grows faster. I just wish it would grow in thicker.

Not impressed, smells bad, will be going back to my regular biotin…
