If you’re still smoking, now is the time to cut it out. Cigarettes are a known carcinogen and their use causes cell damage in the body. #10 Check for Deficiencies
Certain vitamins can help aid your immune system. Check with your doctor to make sure you’re getting plenty of vitamins like A, B6, C and E.
