We fulfill all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS for your convenience.
Customs, Import Fees & Taxes
GoBiotix is not responsible for any additional customs duties, import fees, or tax charges incurred at the destination. These charges are determined by your local government and are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping typically takes about 5 business days, but please note that transit times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Accuracy
GoBiotix is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses (Domestic or International) submitted by customers. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

We will cover the return shipping cost if you request a return through our customer portal or by contacting us at info@gobiotix.com within 30 days of your order date.
Route Shipping Protection
We offer Route Shipping Protection, a package protection service that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and provides real-time tracking. It may also help offset the environmental impact of shipping.
Please note: GoBiotix does not cover stolen packages unless Route Shipping Protection is selected at checkout.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
While rare, damage or defects during transit can occur. Please inspect your package upon delivery, especially if it is being shipped to a receiving warehouse. If you receive damaged or defective items, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery at info@gobiotix.com. Claims made after 48 hours will be subject to review and are not guara
Returns
We accept returns on all unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Accessory items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns, but our customer support team is happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If denied, we will explain the reason and offer possible next steps.
