Taking Lectin Defense daily eases bloating from green vegetables, like broccoli and kale. The vegetables irritate my stomach. Stomach upset results and Lectin Defense eases bloating.

I love this product! I experienced an injury and was unable to exercise for about a month. After a week of no exercise, I started to have stomach trouble as my digestion was not functioning in the same way due to the lack of exercise. After a few days of taking this pro/prebiotic, I saw a reduction in my bloating and stomach pain. I will keep taking this and am also going to purchase some of the Super Food Green Juice as it looks so good!!

This product really works. I take it each morning and it gives me a lot of energy and keeps my digestive system running perfect each day. I sometimes take it after dinner if I ingested a large meal and it has kept the bloating and gas at bay.

Great probiotic and digestive enzyme product! I loved the taste of the pomegranate raspberry flavor. This product helped me so much with my digestive problems and bloating. I loved the fact that when I take this supplement in the morning I have already started my day strong and in a healthy way with one scoop mixed with water or my morning smoothies, packed with 22 real greens, reds and veggies! Just like it mentioned on the package this supplement improved my daily mental clarity and being a student this is much needed to get through a bussy schedule. This is delicious and super effective. I struggle with falling to sleep. Taking mag complex makes me fall asleep in 20 minutes or less. And, I don’t wake up groggy!
