What does Fiber Boost actually do?
It is prebiotic fiber. Your gut bacteria ferment it, and in studies short-chain FOS increased beneficial Bifidobacteria. It supports regularity as part of a routine with enough water.
Will it cause gas or bloating?
Some people notice mild gas in the first days, which is normal with any fermentable fiber. In a placebo-controlled study, healthy adults tolerated 2.5 to 10 g a day well. One scoop is 5 g.
Is it low-FODMAP?
No. FOS is a fructan, which is a FODMAP. If you follow a low-FODMAP diet, talk to your doctor or dietitian first.

I put this in my coffee every morning and it dissolves easily! I did figure out that it didn't dissolve as easily if I added creamer first, so now I add creamer after I brew my cup of coffee.
